Set the event date, browse the items, and add them to your wishlist. Fill in all the required fields and submit your request. Our Sales Team will finalize the quote, and if any clarification is needed, we'll get in touch. You can confirm your order by paying a non-refundable 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 14 days before the event date.
The rental period for each item is one day. If you need it for a longer duration, give us a call to discuss your project, and we'll see how we can accommodate your needs!
The prices you see are accurate and realistic, but some events and requests are complex and may require additional items or services that you might not have considered. We like to be precise and want to prepare the perfect proposal for your event!
The maximum number of available pieces is listed in the item description. Many items are one-of-a-kind (so quantity is 1)! Do not request a quantity higher that what is specified in the description. If you do, we'll adjust it to the maximum number available.
The styling and design service is provided by the Crinolina Weeding Team, and they will be happy to help you choose the pieces that fit both your budget and the vibe of your event.

Many items in our inventory are one-of-a-kind! This means they could become unavailable for the event date at any time. If you have your eye on certain pieces from our collection, book as early as possible to ensure availability. If your preferred item is not available, we'll be happy to suggest other pieces we think you'll love!
Absolutely! Visits to our Conselve warehouse are available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can contact us to schedule an appointment using the form in the contact section of our website, Please note that you must have started a QUOTE with us to arrange a warehouse visit.
The order can be modified up to 14 days before the event date, subject to agreement with the Sales Team. Changes may incur additional charges. One-of-a-kind items can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, depending on availability.

Our sales and design office is located in Via Savelli 1, Padova. Our warehouse is Conselve, Padova. Please note that visits to both locations are by appointment only.
This service involves placing the rented items according to the plan and layout we designed together with you.
We typically serve the provinces of Padova, Rovigo, Venice, Treviso, Verona, Pordenone, Ferrara, and Ravenna. For under €500, delivery and positioning are available only within a 50 Km radius of our Conselve warehouse.
If you're located outside these provinces, contact us using the form in the website's contact section, and we'll evaluate your request.
Delivery includes unloading at street level in a location accessible to our vans. If you would like the items positioned according to the event design plan, this option is available among our services.
Delivery and pickup always occur on the day of the event. With coordination from the Sales Team, delivery can take place between 8:00 am and midnight. Pickups after midnight are possible for an additional fee (this is the latest time by which the pickup team must leave the location).
We can arrange for delivery a few days before and/or postpone pickup to a later date only if the venue can securely store the materials in a covered area. Details will need to be discussed with our Sales Team.
Absolutely! You can pick them up and return them from Monday to Friday at our Conselve warehouse (if you pick up on Friday, you must return them on Monday). Transportation cannot be done via couriers. Only clean, enclosed vehicles are allowed. For smaller amounts of material, a station wagon, SUV, or van might be sufficient, but it's always better to arrange for a larger van. Always coordinate with the Sales Team to determine the appropriate vehicle, date, and time for pickup-we don't want you to leave without loading all your items!

In the case of rental without positioning, designate and instruct someone to gather and pack all the materials in the designated area for pickup. If our Pickup Team needs to handle this, you will find this option among our services.
Some furnishings (e.g. poufs) come in boxes, while others (e.g. structures) have protective fabric or bubble wrap. It's important that all pieces are returned in their original packaging. If you didn't choose the Positioning service, you must designate someone to handle the collection of the furniture and packaging.
We know that all our furnishing look their best when used outdoors! However, it's always necessary to have a backup plan in case of bad weather; even evening dew at the beginning and end of summer can damage the furniture and be uncomfortable for guests. Please note that our Team will not place items outside if bad weather is expected, and all furnishings must be brought indoors at night. Also, keep in mind that not all venues allow placing furniture and rugs on grass areas; always share your plan with the venue manager.
Lastly, we recommend checking that there is no active irrigation in the gardens the night before the event, as rugs cannot be placed on wet grass, and sofas with thin legs could easily sink into the ground, causing guests to trip and damaging the furniture.
